alive and domain redirected

I was feeling productive today and canceled my web hosting (hostgator). I nearly dropped contracts on all of my domains as well.. figured I'd hang onto my name, though. My domain hosting is through 1and1. It seems to be pretty simple to update my DNS through their admin site, but jamesliming.com is still landing on hostgator *shakes fist*. I'll give it until the morning before I commence operation 'call 1and1'.

1/14 edit: Nothing yet.. although their FAQ says it could take 24-48 hours for a CNAME change. My original DNS update 6 months ago took less than an hour :(. Apparently I was spoiled.
